Following a procrastinated matter relating to legal issues at the site, D&M Planning has obtained planning permission for the conversion of an existing ground floor apartment into two separate self-contained apartments, a single-storey rear extension with new pitched roof over the existing flat roof and the construction of a vehicle turntable.

Located within the Built-Up Urban Area of Guildford, the Council considered that the proposal would result in an improvement over the appearance of the existing building and would, therefore, not have a detrimental impact upon the scale and character of the host building or the wider area.
