D&M Planning has been successful in obtaining planning permission for a replacement dwelling and replacement attached garage within the Metropolitan Green Belt, the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and an Area of Great Landscape Value.

In replacing the dwelling, D&M advised upon submitting an application which ensured the maximum amount of replacement floor area could be achieved.

In granting permission, the Council’s officers commented that 'the proposals would constitute appropriate development in the Green Belt, conserve the landscape character of the AONB and AGLV and the character of the street scene'.
