The approved development will see the unused top floors of this listed building revitalised as a HMO with 8 generous bedrooms and communal bathrooms.

In considering the application the officers report agreed with all the points of analysis contained within the submitted details and recognised that the HMO would bring vitality and diversity to the High Street.
