D&M Planning have successfully achieved planning permission for the erection of a replacement dwelling in Hambledon, Surrey.

The application proposed the demolition of a tired and dated house that was not fit for modern family occupation and the erection of a good-sized replacement four bedroom property. D&M Planning worked closely with the client and the architect to deliver a design that would be approved despite the constraints on the site (Green Belt and AGLV).

The officers at Waverley Borough Council agreed with all of the submissions made by D&M Planning and granted permission with only limited conditions.
