D&M Planning have successfully achieved planning permission for a significant front extension in Guildford.

The development, approved with only three conditions, will transform the modest three bed 1970s detached dwelling into a 5 bed, 3 bath house complete with games room, gym, study, snug and open plan kitchen/dining/living room.

In considering the application the officer's report agreed with all the points of analysis contained within the submitted planning statement. D&M Planning successfully argued that the Council's bias against front extensions was not applicable in this circumstance.
