D&M Planning secure retrospective planning permission for residential extension.
Located outside of the settlement area, within the Metropolitan Green Belt, Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and an Area of Great Landscape Value, the Council had previously granted planning permission for the extension and other alterations. However, the extension was not being built in accordance with the approved plans and the project came to a halt.
Submission of further plans and the advice given by the Council failed to regularise the situation, however, upon instruction, D&M Planning were able to provide clear guidance and advice and submit the appropriate application to secure retrospective permission and allow the project to proceed.
