D&M Planning have helped achieve planning permission for the erection of a transformative contemporary link extension on a Grade II Listed Property in Haslemere. The site is also located within the Green Belt and the Surrey Hills AONB. D&M Planning, working with the architect, provided comprehensive planning and heritage statements supporting the application which was approved without any delays by the Council. In considering the application both officers of the Council and the Surrey Hills AONB officer agreed with the submission made within the submitted statement.
