Continuing his success within the hospitality sector, Matt has successfully helped achieve planning permission for the change of use of a building on an existing industrial estate to a Brewery and Taproom. The planning permission will allow the new start-up brewery, Aerocraft, to launch from their new home in Braintree. Matt worked hard to explain to officers at the Council the nuanced difference between the proposed Taproom and a traditional public house, ultimately achieving planning success.
