Applications approved to convert attached garage to habitable accommodation.

Located outside of the urban area, within the Metropolitan Green Belt, Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and an Area of Great Landscape Value, further extensions to the property were deemed as inappropriate development and thus not supported by the Council. However, the permissions to convert the garage to habitable accommodation were achieved through a certificate of lawfulness for a proposed use and express planning permission for external alterations.
