D&M Planning have successfully achieved planning permission for the comprehensive refurbishment of a leading hotel within Flood Zone 3 and within the Green Belt.
The application, submitted by D&M Planning on behalf of the client, was approved with only a minimal amount of condition. The refurbishment of the hotel included a brand new entrance lobby, outdoor seating area, internal alterations and modernisation of the external façade.
In considering the application, officer's agreed with all of the comments put forward by D&M Planning within the comprehensive planning statement and approved the application without the need for any amendments.
