D&M Planning have been successful in achieving planning permission for a significant extension in the Green Belt within the settlement of Bramley. The proposal would result in a large extension to the roof of the property providing much more appropriate accommodation to a modern family and increase the number of habitable rooms available. In reaching their decision Waverley Borough Council agreed with all of the points raised by D&M Planning which justified the larger than usually permissible increase in size. The Council also concurred that the proposal, despite its size, would not result in harm to any of the neighbouring properties.
