Contemporary dwelling in Guildford

D&M Planning Ltd are proud to have successfully achieved planning permission for a replacement house in Guildford. The dwelling has been designed to be as energy efficient as possible and takes a bold contemporary form. The proposal incorporates a basement with swimming pool, garaging for two cars and a range of measures to secure an energy efficient home.
Despite some resistance from the officers at Guildford, Matt was able to present a positive case to justify why the dwelling should be approved, addressing all of the concerns raised.
