Matt has successfully achieved planning permission for the erection of extensions and alterations to an existing property within Mole Valley's Green Belt. Despite the extensions being far in excess of the typical amount permitted by the Local Planning Authority, Matt was able to present a succinct and acceptable argument of very special circumstances to justify the grant of permission.
