Self-Build house approved near Cranleigh

D&M Planning Ltd are delighted to achieve planning permission for the erection of a self-build house. The site, located outside of the defined settlement of Cranleigh, had previously been subject to unsuccessful planning applications submitted by a previous agent as well as negative pre-application advice. Despite this, Matt was able to work closely with the architect and developer to deliver a scheme which was found to be acceptable on all grounds. Through the comprehensively worded planning statement Matt managed to demonstrate how, despite previous concerns, the proposal would accord with planning policy.
