D&M Planning Ltd have achieved planning permission for a private stabling complex and change of use of land in WInchfield within the boundaries of Hart District Council. What seemingly appeared as a straightforward application was met with substantial local resistance and was called into the planning committee. Matt prepared multiple responses and attended committee, successfully convincing members to support the application.
