D&M Planning Ltd have successfully demonstrated that the erection of an outbuilding within the curtilage of a Grade II Listed Building is lawful. Drawing on extensive experience working on a variety of enforcement cases, Matt was able to work with the owners of the Grade II Listed property to prepare evidence and statutory declarations. This evidence demonstrated to the agreement of Guildford Borough Council that the outbuilding was immune from enforcement action and therefore lawful by virtue of the passage of time.
