D&M Planning Ltd are proud to have successfully achieved planning permission at appeal to convert part of an equestrian building to a self-contained residential dwelling. The Council objected on Green Belt and AONB grounds and Natural England objected to the proposal on the grounds of the residential dwelling being within 400m of the Wealden Heaths SPA. The Inspector allowed the appeal and awarded costs in part against the Council.
