D&M Planning Ltd have been named the 'Best Professional Property Services Company' at the 2025 Surrey Property Awards. The Surrey Property Awards is recognised as the largest and one of the most prestigious property events outside of London. It is renowned for awarding and recognising the very best developments, services and property professionals throughout Surrey.

In a category with over 50 other nominees, we consider it a great honour and deserved recognition for the team for the judges to have chosen D&M Planning. The Awards described the category in the following words:

'This category seeks to identify a company or consultancy that has provided outstanding and consistent service and advice to those operating in the property and/or construction industry. This sector often works behind the scenes in support of clients and projects, but the award aims to recognise the exceptional talent and dedication of groups such as: Financial services, Planning Consultants, Accountants, Engineers, Project Management and Recruitment Consultants, Landscape and Interior Designers etc.'

Matt, attending as a guest with one of his clients, was on hand to receive the award from Nick Knowles (DIY SOS, I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, Strictly Come Dancing 2024, etc) and the Mayor of Guildford. We would like to extend our thanks to those nominated us and to the judging panel.
