Application for 40 houses and pump park submitted

D&M Planning have recently submitted an application to Horsham District Council on behalf of a developer for the erection of 40 dwellings and associated work, including the creation of a pump park. D&M Planning have worked hard over the past few years to promote the scheme for inclusion within the Local Plan Review. When the review was initially published for committee the site was recognised as one of the preferred sites for housing within the plan; progress on this has faltered following the position statement issued by Natural England.
D&M Planning have been working with a number of consultants to deliver such a proposal and, if approved, will deliver much needed market and affordable housing in a sustainable manner alongside the community benefits.
