D&M Planning Ltd have successfully ensured that the planning committee at Horsham District Council have resolved to grant permission for 28 dwellings and associated work. Despite substantial neighbour objections D&M Planning have secured resolution for this new housing development to be approved, helping the authority meet their identified housing need.
Working with the carefully curated expert team, Matt has worked this scheme through promotion to the emerging local plan, pre-application, a draft allocation and now permission. Members overwhelmingly voted in favour of the scheme recognising the significant benefits that it would bring.
