D&M Planning secure planning permission for the conversion of a section of a metal, portal frame barn into a dwelling.
Located outside of the settlement area and within the Metropolitan Green Belt, the Council considered that the proposal was fully compliant with Local Planning Policies and the National Planning Policy Framework.
