Working with a small developer, D&M Planning have helped achieve planning permission for the comprehensive redevelopment of a residential corner plot in Hindhead, Surrey. The application proposed the demolition of the existing property and the erection of four detached family homes.
The application was met with a number of neighbour objections and, through working closely with the officers at Waverley Borough Council, D&M were able to secure officers support prior to the proposal's consideration at committee. Associate Planner, Matt Smith, spoke at committee in support of the scheme and it was approved following a vote of 8 in favour and 4 against.
D&M Planning have a successful track record in supporting schemes which seek to redevelop residential properties and also with speaking at committee.
