Orangery approved in the Green Belt and AONB

Achieving planning permission within the Surrey Hills AONB is a challenge; both national and local policies are framed in a restrictive manner with the aim of preventing development. Achieving planning permission for further extensions on properties which have already been significantly extended is typically considered harmful by definition and should be refused.
Working through a clear strategy, D&M Planning have, however, been able to achieve planning permission for an orangery which increased the total floor space of the property by well over 100% of its original size.
