D&M Planning Ltd are proud to have successfully achieved planning permission for a major residenital development scheme in Horsham. The proposal, consisting of thirty dwellings and communal space, was granted planning permission this month. This followed D&M Planning successfully promoting the site through the Neighbourhood Plan, navigating committee and leading on Section 106 discussions. D&M Planning, together with relevant consultants, were also able to overcome the water neutrality position affecting the whole of Horsham and develop suitable alternatives.
