D&M Planning are proud to have successfully achieved planning permission for commercial equestrian development with an ancillary residential flat in Hart District Council. Working with relevant consultants, Matt was able to navigate the restrictive policies of Hart District Council to achieve a successful scheme of agricultural diversification in area designated as countryside. The scheme will provide space for multiple stables, exercise arena and suitable accommodation.
Working with relevant consultants, Matt was able to demonstrate to the Council there was an essential countryside need as part of the scheme for diversification. Matt also successfully responded to contrary comments raised by the Council's consultant convincing officers of his planning judgement.
If you would like to explore a similar scheme or any development in the countryside please don't hesitate to reach out.
