Working in conjunction with the applicant, D&M Planning Ltd have successfully achieved planning permission for the change of use of a Class E premises to a residential property despite being within the zone of influence to protect Thames Basin Heath Area. D&M Planning successfully navigated the complex approach and provided sufficient arguments to demonstrate that the rooms would be adequately served with natural light and not disrupt the wider commercial trading of the area.
