Permission Granted for Two New Dwellings in Haslemere

D&M Planning Ltd are proud to have successfully helped achieve planning permission for the erection of two detached residential properties within Haslemere.
The application proposed the erection of two individually designed detached dwellings, one either side of the host dwelling. Matt was able to assist with informing the design approach to ensure that any potential issues in terms of impacts on neighbours or the street scene were essentially designed out prior to submission. The planning statement, also prepared by Matt, which accompanied the submission was comprehensive in this analysis and ultimately helped the officer make an informed recommendation to the members of the committee.
Despite a number of local objections owing to the weight of the case presented, members of the planning authority agreed to grant permission with 11 in favour and one absention.
The proposal will deliver two new family homes within a sustainable location to the betterment of the wider area.
