D&M Planning Ltd are proud to have successfully helped achieve planning permission for the erection of a two storey side extension on a residential property located at the foot of Leith Hill. The site is located within the Green Belt and a highly sensitive location within the Surrey Hills.
Matt worked closely with the architect and applicant to formulate a clear strategy and to provide a steer on the size of what may be permissible to achieve an increase in floor space. Such arguments were succinctly put forward as part of a comprehensive planning statement which was fully supported by Mole Valley in granting permisison.
The two storey side extension will increase the side of the property by almost 50% providing much-improved residential accomodation suitable for a modern family home.
