Waverley Borough Council have approved the application made by D&M Planning Ltd for the erection of a dwelling in the garden of an existing residential property in Chiddingfold.
Matt successfully argued that the site was within a wholly sustainable area that would not adversely impact on the character of the local area or the wider Surrey Hills National Landscape, despite opposition from the Parish Council. Matt worked closley with the architect to ensure that the proposed dwelling did not impact on the amenity of neighbouring properties and that both the host dwelling and new dwelling were provided with sufficient amenity to ensure a high standard of accommodation for both properties.
D&M Planning Ltd have years of experience dealing with similar schemes for new dwellings within existing residential gardens. If you consider your property to have an opportunity for such please do not hesitate to get in contact.
