D&M Planning has been instrumental in obtaining planning permission for the extension, alteration and conversion of an existing Locally Listed dwelling to four number, two bedroomed self-contained apartments with associated parking and access.

In granting planning permission, the Council concluded that the proposed development was of a design, scale, mass and bulk that maintained the character and improve the appearance of the Building of Townscape Merit as well as the visual amenity of the streetscene.
