D&M Planning achieve approval of a Certificate of Lawfulness for Existing Use and Development for a residential annexe within Metropolitan Green Belt, Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and an Area of Great Landscape Value.
Following failure to secure a Certificate of Lawfulness for Existing Use and Development for the annexe, and faced with an appeal by way of public inquiry and enforcement action, D&M Planning were able to advise the applicants on an alternative course of action and submit an appropriate application to retain use of the building as a self-contained, residential annexe.
