
D&M Planning Ltd have successfully secured planning permission for 28 dwellings and associated work. Following the resolution to grant permission in February 2025, Matt has successfully negotiated the Section 106 process and the need for revisions for flood risk all within three months.
Working with the carefully curated expert team, Matt has worked this scheme through promotion to the emerging local plan, pre-application, a draft allocation and now permission. The scheme will bring significant benefits to the local area, particularly in regard to the delivery of housing.
