The house, located within the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, sits on the slopes of the highly sensitive landscape of Blackdown to the south-east of Haslemere. The comprehensive proposal, which was approved as being fully compliant with the Local Plan by Waverley Borough Council, will transform the modest house into a property suitable for a modern family. It will include large areas of living space, snugs, additional bedrooms and landscaped gardens including terraced patios.
