D&M Planning Ltd have been pleased to have received a recommendation for the grant of approval subject to a legal agreement at a site in Cowfold within the borough of Horsham. D&M Planning have worked over the past five years to promote the site through the emerging Neighbourhood Plan and Local Plan to develop a scheme which was found to be acceptable to the Local Authority, including on matters of Water Neutrality. The scheme delivers a number of key benefits in terms of housing delivery, community facilities, highways improvements etc.
