Following the submission of an appeal to the Planning Inspectorate, D&M Planning Ltd are delighted to be in receipt of an allowed appeal and a grant of planning permission. The appeal was made against the decision of Mole Valley District Council to refuse permission for the use of the existing garage as an annex. Matt was able to successfully argue that the Council's reason for refusal did not stand up to scrutiny on matters particularly around vehicular parking. Additionally, Matt was able to convince the Inspector that the annex accorded fully with the development plan. In allowing the appeal and granting permission, the Inspector wholeheartedly agreed with those submissions.
D&M Planning Ltd have extensive experience in navigating refused permissions through the appeal system and a proven track record of providing the right advice to progress such matters. Do please reach out if you would like to discuss a potential appeal further.
