Following the withdrawal of a previous planning application at the site, D&M Planning was able to advise upon a revised planning application to address the concerns the Council raised with regard to the previous scheme, with planning subsequently being granted for a new detached property located within a rural settlement and also within the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, an Area of Great Landscape Value and ‘washed over’ by Green Belt.
