D&M Planning has successfully obtained a Certificate of Lawfulness of Existing Use or Development (CLEUD) for the siting of a caravan as a self-contained, independent unit of occupation.
In granting the Certificate, it was demonstrated to the Council that from the submitted information and other evidence available, on the balance of probability the use of the caravan as a self-contained, independent unit of occupation had taken place for a period of at least 10 years.
