Replacement outbuilding in Conservation Area

D&M Planning Ltd have successfully achieved planning permission for the erection of an ancillary outbuilding to replace an existing one within the extend curtilage of a former barn within the Ewhurst Conservation Area.
The proposal will provide ancillary accommodation for use by the owners and guests enhancing the facilities available on site. Matt prepared both the planning statement and heritage statement to demonstrate there would be an enhancement to the character of the Conservation Area. Planning permission was granted without any concerns being raised by the Council.
