Matt has successfully achieved planning permission for the erection of a meeting hall to serve as a place of worship. The site, a former builders yard, is located within the Green Belt, the Surrey Hills, on a main road and within an area of high archaeological potential. Working closely with consultants, including barristers, Matt was able to successfully argue that the benefits of the proposal outweighed the limited harms. A fantastic result for our client whose community will now have a new place to worship suitable for the congregation it would serve.
D&M Planning Ltd have extensive experience in securing similar applications for places of community value. Working hard to understand the needs of the community it would serve, and working closely with expert consultants, D&M are able to present relevant planning cases to highlight the benefits.
