Despite strong objection from neighbours planning permission has been secured for extensions and alterations to a traditional heritage building within the Green Belt and AONB. D&M Planning worked closely with the client and architect to evolve a design which delivered the space they were hoping to achieve whilst respecting the constraints of the area. Within such areas these constraints can limit what is possible and it is often important to develop a strategy to meet your aims as was undertaken with this scheme.
