Chris French

Chris is the most recent consultant to join D&M Planning Ltd having started in 2023 following nearly two decades in the public sector. Chris brings a wealth of experience and planning knowledge to the practice which he uses to advise and work with clients to a great advantage. Chris started out working at Surrey Heath Borough Council, before moving to Hart District Council and then to Waverley Borough Council where he was the development lead for strategic sites. This included working on significant strategic and major projects including the residential development at Dunsfold Aerodrome. Chris deals with a range of development proposals of varying sizes and complexities including major residential development, householder applications and applications relating to heritage assets.
